Idiot Proof Diet Book

 

The Idiot Proof Diet Book is the handbook that comes with the idiot proof diet (aka fat loss 4 idiots). This book does not come as a standalone product but is part of the whole program. Along with the handbook you get their diet generator where you pick foods from a menu list, press enter and an eleven day meal plan is printed out for you to follow exactly.

This diet is one of the more popular online diet programs because of its ease of use and low cost. Inside the hanbook there are many dieting topics covered but many of the topics of common knowledge, however, there were 5 chapters I found VERY useful and I will cover them here.

What Does The Idiot Proof Diet Book Cover?

  1. How To Eat At Night: Most people know not to eat past a certain time. But knowing and doing are different things. This chapter teaches you the what, how, and why of eating at night.
  2. Alcohol & Dieting: This one was a big problem for me in college but not so much anymore. Still I like to have a beer every now and then and with drinkinig being a regular part of our society this is an important chapter
  3. Eating Out: With the way we socialize its almost impossible not to ever eat out. This chapter teaches you how to do it without ruining your weight loss goals.
  4. 10 Rules For Quick Weight Loss: Some of the things in here I already knew but many of them were very enlightening
  5. Stop Retaining Water: This one I have seen is a big problem for the women usually. This chapter teaches you how to get rid of that bloated look when you are retaining water. This alone can make you seem 5 pounds lighter!

In my opinion those are the most important parts of the idiot proof diet book. REMEMBER: You do not buy the book by itself. It wouldnt do you much good. The most powerful part of the idiot proof diet program is the online diet generator because it actually plans out EXACTLY what you need to eat to lose weight.

Those are the 5 major chapters of the idiot proof diet book. Although it is only a piece of the program with the diet generator printing out menu plans to follow, the handbook is the other half to teach you proper eating methods.

Hopefully you get these because these are the ones I was telling you about in that email. They were a pain in the butt to get on my computer, I'm not very computer literate! I had to have my daughter help me.
