Calorie Shifting Diets

 

The calorie shifting diet used by fat loss 4 idiots is a method of dieting where you take the foods that you normally eat and if they are eaten in a certain combination and way it can help you burn more calories and fat than normal. What is it exactly? Does it work and is it effective?

Most people when they start a new diet do very well in the first few weeks. They feel great, they are losing fat and it is like their body is on fire!

Then something happens. In the third or sometimes the fourth week your body gets accustomed to your new eating habits and adjusts itself accordingly. You hit a plateau and your body almost stops responding completely. Sometimes you even put ON weight!

The reason you lost so much weight in the beginning is because your body was 'shocked' and your metabolism went into overdrive burning fat and calories and a faster pace than normal.

What if there was a way to KEEP your body in this state of rapid fat and calorie burning? Well there is and that’s the theory of a calorie shifting diet. Now, it will never be as good as the first week because that’s when you are making the most drastic changes and your body will be shocked the most. But it is possible to prevent your body from hitting that plateau and instead keep the weight coming off.

When you shift your calories you eat certain foods in certain foods at the right times. When you get the formula right you cause your metabolism to be put off balance and it burns more fat than normal. It is by keeping your body off balance that it does not get accustomed and become stagnant. Just like when you lift weights. If you lift the same weight all the time you will stay the same size. You have to mix it up and CONFUSE the muscle for it to grow. This is the same way calorie shifting works

Hello Phil,

Hopefully you get these because these are the ones I was telling you about in that email. They were a pain in the butt to get on my computer, I'm not very computer literate! I had to have my daughter help me.
