We also gave our cell phone number so people could ask us questions about it. We started getting hundreds of calls most of which we couldn't return. A lot of the questions were the same so we decided to make this site (I know it's not pretty!) to answer peoples questions. Before we go any further YES the free trial is still in effect and you can do the program for free to see if it works for you. No it doesn't work for everyone just like anything in this world. So that's the cool part is you get to try it out first, if it works then great keep using it. If not thats fine too. You didn't miss out on much besides a few bucks on shipping and handling. I have been using this detox cleanse for many many months and it has worked every time in helping me lose weight or to get back on track so I do still answer emails. So if you have a question that wasn't answered please email me. Otherwise read through my story and the section about how this plan works to find out everything you need to know.

 I Started The Detox & CLeanse & Lost 26 Pounds The First 30 Days 

I ordered my free trial of the AcaiBerry Detox and the Nature Colon Cleanse. Total all I paid was like 6 or 7 bucks in shipping. After getting the pills I started taking one of each every morning before breakfast. After less than a week I noticed that I had much more energy than usual. I used to think it was a normal thing to get that absolutely fatigued feeling midday. That one where you would just kill for a 15 minute nap? I also noticed my appetite to eat constantly was less.

As everyone knows from my videos I didn't do any exercise but I did try to eat healthier. I changed my meals to smaller portions and instead of eating 3 big meals every day I would break them down into 4 or 5 smaller meals. This detox made it much easier to do this. I have no idea why but for some reason it was the easiest thing sticking to healthier choices and having smaller meals. So I do attribute some of the weight loss to me eating a little better. Below in the FAQ I include a sample meal plan so people get an idea or my mindset when I ate.

One thing I really liked about these pills are the fact that they were extremely easy to implement into my lifestyle. I didn't didnt have to follow some crazy routine, they didn't taste bad, and unlike other things I've tried I actually literally felt a difference in the first week. I may not have lost a lot of weight but my body actually felt better. Also I have yet to have someone email me and say they didn't in some way feel better after their first week.

When weighed myself after 30 days I was down 26 pounds! After another 30 days I was down another 12 pounds! So that was almost 40 pounds in 2 months!  I think the only reason it wasn't more was because I was going to the gym and lifing weights during the second 30 day period. Since muscle weighs more than fat I think even though I lost a lot of fat I was gaining muscle. But I looked Awesome! 

 -Please Take Time To Answer These Questions To See If This Detox Cleanse Would Be Your Best Choice Compared To Other Alternatives- (this is just my opinion based on my results and many other people who have emailed me who have also tried this detox)

1. Are you currently overweight by at least 10 pounds for women and 15 pounds for men?
2. Do you eat fairly unhealthy (fast food more than once a week, processed or packaged foods, lots of sugar or junk food & coffee)?
3. Can't or do not have the time to follow a super strict diet or exercise?
4. Can't afford a personal trainer or nutritionist?

If you answered yes to more than 2 or more of those questions especially #1 and #2 you are probably a perfect canidate to give this cleanse a try and see how it works for you.

-Who (in my opinion) Does NOT Need This Acai & Colon Cleanse?-

1. You can afford a personal trainer or nutritionist (although pretty expensive if you can afford it do it)
2. You are already in fairly good shape and eat pretty well but you just need to lose a pound here or there (I would go for either exercise or a diet plan for less drastic results this is more for people who need to lose more weight)
3. You are just trying to lose a few quick pounds for a special event or meeting. This is a plan that you need to stick to for more than a week to notice results. If your goin to a reunion or special occasion next week I would try something else. Maybe one of those lemonade cleanses where you don't eat much.
